The air is filled with the fragrance of small fish, and the 200 meter long transparent viewing corridor showcases the entire production process of small fish at a glance. This is a scene from the Pingjiang production base of Hunan Huawen Food Co., Ltd., where the "Jinzi Open Day" event is held.

On the morning of May 13, Hunan Huawen Food Co., Ltd. launched the first "Jinzai Open Day" activity, inviting teachers and students from Hunan Institute of Technology to visit the small fish production base in Pingjiang County, Yueyang City, to observe and experience the whole production process of "Jinzai Small Fish" closely, and taste the popular online snack "Jinzai Small Fish". In April 2018, Huawen Food established a practical teaching base at Hunan University of Technology and established a good industry university research cooperation relationship with Hunan University of Technology.

The "Jinzi Open Day" is the first time this year that Chinese food has proposed the theme of "facing society with an open perspective", aiming to spread the unique food culture of Hunan and showcase the efforts of Chinese food in integrating "traditional food culture" and "modern enterprise manufacturing technology", and further enhance the brand influence of Chinese food.

At 9:00 am on the 13th, Huawen Food first invited students to visit the "Jinzi Xiaoyu" automated production workshop through a visual corridor. Combining with the actual processing steps, they vividly explained how "Jinzi Xiaoyu" was born. During the process, they also introduced the development history of Huawen Food and the corporate mission of "inheritors of Chinese food culture". In order to increase the fun of the event day, Huawen Food invited students to have a small fish box PK with production staff, with 20 students competing against 5 production staff. After understanding the strict requirements for packaging, the students carefully analyzed and discussed packaging techniques. After a fierce competition, the student team narrowly won by a narrow margin.

Subsequently, the students visited the storage center of Chinese food and, guided by the production staff of Chinese food, performed the "Little Fish Seaweed Dance" on the spot among boxes of "Jinzi Little Fish". Combining with the creativity of the small fish, the students danced with the production staff of Chinese food, creating a lively atmosphere on site.

In addition to interesting activities, the "Jinzai Open Day" also includes a segment for students to share and exchange ideas with corporate executives. Representatives of Chinese food executives earnestly shared topics such as "Application of Enterprise Human Resources Module", "Current Situation of Enterprise Employment", and "Corporate Culture" with their classmates. Enable students to further understand the management concepts and operational systems of physical enterprises, and gain new insights into the social application of the knowledge they have learned.
