In recent years, a large number of domestic and foreign Hunan businessmen have returned to Hunan to invest and start businesses, making important contributions to the economic development of our province. A series of policy measures have been taken to attract, retain, and develop foreign Hunan merchants. More and more Hunan residents are returning to their hometowns to start businesses and develop, promoting the gathering of more capital, talent, and technology in Hunan.

In order to attract more Hunan businessmen and talents to return to their hometowns for development, our province vigorously implements the strategy of innovation led development and rise, and the economic development momentum is good. Based on the "Belt and Road" location advantage, we have implemented the "125 Project" industrial transfer of innovation and entrepreneurship parks, continuously optimized the business environment, continuously improved infrastructure, and consolidated the industrial foundation. The timing and space for Hunan businessmen and talents to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship are just right, and there is great potential.

At 18:30 on the evening of October 3, 2018, Hunan News Network broadcast a special report titled "Xiang" Xiang "Youqing", which told the entrepreneurial process of Zhou Jinsong, chairman of Huawen Food Co., Ltd., who "returned to his hometown and built his hometown". The following is a special report on Chinese food with text and images

Zhou Jinsong: Small fire baked fish, big market

The Miluo River embodies the daring and daring spirit of the people of Pingjiang. In the past, Zhou Jinsong, like many Pingjiang people, worked hard outside of his hometown. Now, he has returned to his hometown with the industry and founded a food enterprise, driving employment for over 1000 fellow villagers.

Zhou Jinsong often wakes up from the pungent smell of fish one day. Whenever he has time, he will spend several hours making this snack in his old house.

Zhou Jinsong, Chairman of Huawen Food Co., Ltd.: I think my hometown is my grandmother's fire baked fish. When I was a child, my grandmother made fire baked fish to improve our lives, and gradually this taste became deeply ingrained in people's hearts.

Miluo River passes through Pingjiang County, and roasted fish is a taste that Pingjiang people cannot forget. In the past, Pingjiang had limited arable land, industry, and roads, causing many people to leave their homes for livelihood. Zhou Jinsong remembers that at the age of 22, when he left Pingjiang to start a business in Henan, he only brought three things with him.

Zhou Jinsong, Chairman of Huawen Food Co., Ltd.: You can't buy tobacco and tea outside. The second one is our roasted fish, and the third one is the sauce I made myself.

Zhou Jinsong is skilled in making soy sauce. With his honesty and diligence, his soy sauce business has grown from a small workshop to a large factory. He has also brought many fellow villagers out, and since then, more than 100000 people have opened up the soy product market in Henan.

The enterprise is getting better and better, but my hometown has become a foreign land. Zhou Jinsong rarely comes back once a year, and the only impression of his hometown is the roasted fish sent by his grandmother.

Zhou Jinsong, Chairman of Huawen Food Co., Ltd.: One day, I suddenly received the news of my grandmother's death, and from that moment on, I felt like I had lost contact with my hometown. From that moment on, I also decided to come back.

At this time, Pingjiang also introduced preferential policies, established industrial parks, and encouraged entrepreneurs to return to their hometowns to start businesses. In 2015, Zhou Jinsong invested over 100 million yuan to build a 176 acre standardized factory in Pingjiang, improving processes and flavors to produce leisure fish food. With its accumulated good reputation, "Jinzai" Xiaoyu became famous overnight. One year later, the company received a market investment of 300 million yuan and attracted many fellow villagers to return to their hometowns to work with Zhou Jinsong. A group of upstream and downstream enterprises also settled in Pingjiang.

Zhou Jinsong, Chairman of Huawen Food Co., Ltd.: When we came here, it was all a wasteland. In recent years, you can see that all these enterprises have settled here. We built a living area last year, and they were all built 500 meters away from here.

Every day after work, Zhou Jinsong likes to run along the Miluo River, which carries Qu Zi's attachment to his country and the deep affection of Pingjiang people for their hometown.

Zhou Jinsong, Chairman of Huawen Food Co., Ltd.: I feel very grounded when I come back. I used to wander outside, but that's not my home after all. I hope to bring Pingjiang cuisine and Chinese cuisine to the world.
