The automatic packaging machine team of Jinzai Food Workshop 1, which has won this honor, is a fish product production standard workshop with advanced industry level. It adopts a segmented and graded management mode and operates according to high standard management norms. The workshop has been repeatedly rated as an excellent workshop in 6S evaluation, the first workshop in execution rate, and the first place in the company's skills competition. In 2020, Pingjiang Huawen Food Co., Ltd. won the title of exemplary organization of Yueyang Labor Competition.

This automated workshop is a microcosm of Jinzai Food's promotion of food industrialization and information technology construction. Over the years, Jinzai Food has continuously promoted the integration of industrialization and informatization, and the management level and production efficiency of the enterprise have been significantly improved. At present, Jinzai Food has two major automated production bases in Yueyang and Pingjiang, leading the industry in automation level and actively promoting the modernization and upgrading of the leisure food industry. In 2020, on the basis of HACCP and ISO9001 certification, Jinzai deep-sea small fish production base will take the lead in passing BRCGS (global food safety standard) and IFS (international food standard) certification, becoming one of the few A-share listed leisure food companies to obtain double European standard certification.

Jinzai Food insists on continuous innovation, deepens industry university research cooperation, and leads the development of the industry. In recent years, Jinzai Food has deepened cooperation with multiple universities such as Jiangnan University and Hunan Agricultural University, continuously optimized production processes and technologies, and successfully passed the certification of "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center". Jinzai Food now has about 20 industry-leading technologies, including flavored fish processing technology, flavored dried tofu processing technology, and automatic equipment production technology. At the end of last year, Jinzai Food won the first and second prizes of the Science and Technology Award of the China Food Industry Association.
