She congratulated Huawen Food on its successful listing, affirmed its achievements in industry chain construction and targeted poverty alleviation, and encouraged Huawen Food to further boost confidence, improve products, strengthen enterprises, achieve comprehensive improvement in economic and social benefits, and contribute to the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.

Zhou Jinsong reported on the company's development in recent years and the efforts made by the enterprise in assisting poverty alleviation. He said that under the care and guidance of the provincial party committee, government, and leaders at all levels, Huawen Food successfully went public, becoming the first stock of fish snacks in China, achieving a breakthrough of zero entry of Yueyang food enterprises into the capital market, and accumulating valuable experience for other outstanding enterprises in Pingjiang to sprint for IPO. Adhering to the original intention of returning to and building one's hometown, since its establishment in Pingjiang, Huawen Food has insisted on giving priority to recruiting local impoverished farmers and laid-off workers, and prioritizing the purchase of local agricultural products, in order to help Pingjiang poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.

It is reported that Huawen Food has driven over 1000 impoverished households (including employment, orders, and assistance), and 166 households have been registered as impoverished. In the past three years, Huawen Food has absorbed about 2000 local personnel from Pingjiang. In addition, Huawen Food actively participates in public welfare activities such as poverty alleviation and charitable donations, with a total of over 7 million yuan in donations of funds and goods.
